§1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing any services or products from proxies.rip (hereinafter referred to as "Seller") or by contacting Seller's support, you (hereinafter referred to as "User") agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using the services.

§2. Purpose of Services

The services provided by proxies.rip are intended solely for educational purposes. The User acknowledges that they are solely responsible for their use of the services and any consequences arising therefrom.

§3. Prohibited Activities

User agrees not to engage in, nor to permit any third party to engage in, any of the following prohibited activities:

- DDoS attacks

- Child and minor abuse

- Defamation or slander

- Hacking or port scanning

- Any actions that may disrupt or terminate the Seller's network

- Any activities that are illegal under applicable laws

- Any use of the services that may violate the rights of any third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights.

§4. Non-Refundable Payments

All payments made by the User are non-refundable. The User acknowledges that they have read and understood this policy prior to making any payment.

§5. Modification of Terms

proxies.rip reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice to the User. Continued use of the services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. It is the User's responsibility to review these terms periodically.

§6. No Warranty

proxies.rip does not provide any warranty, express or implied, regarding the functionality, reliability, or availability of the proxies. The User acknowledges that the Seller does not guarantee that the proxies will function on any specific target or for any particular purpose.

§7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, proxies.rip shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the User's use of the services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if proxies.rip has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless proxies.rip from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to the User's use of the services.

§8. Termination of Services

proxies.rip reserves the right to terminate any User's package for any reason, at its sole discretion, without prior notice. Upon termination, the User shall forfeit any remaining service time and shall not be entitled to any refund.

§9. Service Discontinuation

In the event that proxies.rip ceases operations, all User packages will automatically terminate without notice. The User acknowledges that they have no claim against proxies.rip for any loss or damages resulting from such termination.

§10. Acknowledgment of Advertisements Disclaimer

By accepting this Terms of Service, the User confirms that they have read and understood the Advertisements Disclaimer.

§11. Uptime and Compensation

proxies.rip does not guarantee the uptime of its proxies. However, in the event of downtime, the Seller will compensate the User with additional days of service equivalent to the duration of the downtime, at the Seller's sole discretion.

§12. Disclaimer of Endorsement

The User acknowledges that any references to third-party products, services, or websites do not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by proxies.rip. The User is solely responsible for their interactions with such third parties.

§13. Force Majeure

proxies.rip shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement if such failure results from any cause beyond proxies.rip's reasonable control, including, but not limited to, mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation.

§14. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which proxies.rip operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

§15. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

§16. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the User and proxies.rip regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral. No modification or waiver of any provision of this Agreement shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.
